Join us (virtually!) to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment, guaranteeing and protecting women’s constitutional right to vote. UWF Libraries Archivist Dean DeBolt will discuss the history of women’s suffrage in Pensacola.

Social Media, Civic Engagement, & Election 2020

Join the library as we host Dr. Heather Riddell, Assistant Professor of Communication, who will discuss the social media landscape during the election season. Topics include agenda-setting, fake news, conspiracies, and the integration of party platform issues into the public dialogue.

Students can earn a "Social Media Literacy" badge in Canvas for attending and learning about library resources.
