Using RefWorks: Introduction

Learn how to use this useful citation manager

What is RefWorks?

RefWorks is an online citation manager. The usefulness of RefWorks is enhanced by the numerous databases and catalogs that allow you to export citations of articles, books, and other resources into RefWorks for storing and managing. RefWorks is able to generate bibliographies of citations in a variety of formats (e.g., APA, Turabian, MLA).

Consider using Flow, the next level of citation management brought to you by RefWorks (you can import refworks citations into Flow; It not only loads the citations but, in some cases, the full text resources as well. Some of the features of Flow are still in development.
