EUH 4142: Renaissance and Reformation: Introduction

Welcome

This course is a topical introduction to the major changes affecting European society from 1300 to 1650. It focuses on economic change, social stratification, cultural diffusion, political rivalries, and religious crossroads, including special coverage of consumerism, social welfare, education, toleration, and women and families.
